Adisseo’s Mycotoxin Management Service
Harvest analysis programs, systematic collection and testing of new-crop grains and forage samples following harvest, have become an industry standard in mycotoxin management.
In partnership with Syngenta, Adisseo has developed a pre-harvest mycotoxin prediction model integrated into its MycoMan® platform and deployed across the United States and Canada. Powered by Syngenta’s Qualimètre® algorithms, the model forecasts the risk of DON, zearalenone (ZEA), and fumonisins (FUM) in wheat and corn before the grain leaves the field, giving the supply chain time to act.
Predictions are generated from a multivariate framework combining:
Syngenta is a sister company to Adisseo. They bring extensive knowledge in crop protection, seed technology, and agronomic data, while Adisseo contributes deep expertise in feed formulation, feed mill management, and mycotoxin mitigation strategies.
Collaboration between the two companies has resulted in a holistic strategy for managing mycotoxin contamination, from pre-harvest crop management through to post-harvest feed processing, ensuring feed safety, animal performance, and health.
The predictive model combines meteorological data with key agronomic practices: crop rotation, soil cultivation, seed and foliar treatments, sowing and harvest timing, and plant development stages, resulting in a more accurate and dynamic mycotoxin risk prediction.
Built on over 20 years of experience and validated on extensive European field data, the model demonstrated strong reliability, with an R² of 93% for DON predictions in wheat in France (2023).

This risk prediction model is updated as the harvest season progresses. We’ll notify you as updates become available for the northern United States and Canada!

Mycotoxin Management Solutions
